A little Queasy...?

Travel Info
Everytime time i get in a warm car and go for long trips, i get car sickness. and the weird thing is, i dont get sick on roller coasters and i dont get sea sick.
does anyone know a way i can get rid of, or avoid, car sickness?

Travel Tips
Drink lots of water and take a bottle of cold water with you when you get in the car. Don't read anything in the car. Make sure that the car's windows have been open for a while before you get in the car to make sure it's not warm in there. Put the radio and listen to it while travelling or talk to another person in the car to get your mind off it. Get some ginger lollies or ginger pieces and chew on them periodically during the trip, they are great for motion sickness.

Others
I have even worse car sickness than you. What I have found is that ginger is really good at preventing motion sickness. There are capsules. The best ones are standardized for the active ingredients. You can use fresh or dry powdered ginger in a tea, or ginger ale or ginger snaps help a bit too.

For longer trips take two capsules, three times a day and start the day before.

Happy traveling!
Sit in the front.
Take breaks.
Crack the window for fresh air/have a/c on.
Don't smoke in car.
Listen to audio books to take your mind off it!

Hope this helps.
