i was told that antacids are not all there cracked up to be.possibly dangerous to some, especially young ones and toddlers. if so help me find the sollution for safe antacids. did you all know, antacids absorb the acids in your stomack. to much obsortion can lead to dangerous side affects.Sometimes fatal

Well, I don't really suggest ever giving antacids to young ones, and especially toddlers. They shouldn't need them at that age. And also, your only supposed to take a limited amount and follow the directions on the bottle for a reason. I took antacids I think starting when I was 12, but that is because I have GERD (acid reflux). But I really don't suggest giving antacids to a toddler ever. That I don't think, could be good for him/her, and yes, it may even kill him. |
