not a professional but did research i had the same question. i used to give my baby bottled distilled water, then i realized it's got no nutrients at all in it. but it is good for u because it's water. I now give him poland springs regular bottled water. it's got only naturally occuring minerals in it wich is what he needs, it's whats good for u for more info u can call poland springs or whatever bottled water u use and ask for information on what's naturally occurring in it. u can also get ur tap water tested. my tap water smells and tastes like chlorine, so i just stay away from it.

Depends what you are doing. If you are feeding a baby use distilled or tap water (boiled). For your own taste use bottled water.

I'm not exactly an expert, but i prefer bottled water but if you have a clean filter of tap water that might be better. taste wise,water doesnt have much taste!!! check up on your filter it might be old and not good....
