How to avoid vomiting during travel or travel sickness? |
Travel Info How to avoid vomiting during travel or travel sickness? Travel Tips Go to Askabouttheblast.com look for T-Blast. No-Way will you get sick. Motion sickness becomes a thing of the past. Also best to travel on a more empty stomach. Source(s): www.cruiselineamerica. healthywize.com Other Travel Tips Take Bonine (found in most pharmacies or grocery stores) the night before traveling and again the next morning, then as directed while you are traveling. I think Bonine works better than dramamine. take Avomine 2 hrs before travelling Go to a sailboat place - you can get a little elastic wristband that has a ball on it. You put the band on your wrist - the ball presses lightly against the inside of your wrist (where they take your pulse). Stops motion sickness in a lot of people. Bonine makes me sleepy. All I can do is go to bed when I take it. Do not take a heavy meal before travelling. A light snack would be better. If travelling over water on small vessels,do close your eyes and sleep your way through. If larger vessels sleeping will spoil the fun. :). By land, it is advisable to look far then to look closer. View the open meadows and the hills and enjoy the sceneries. Consumes alot of water and stop to rest your legs. Eat less throghtout the journey, will help alot. cheers Try taking DRAMINE! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!! |
