Which is the bestmoition sickness medication? |
Travel Info we are taking a cruise in a couple of months and i was wondering what is the best moition sickness medicine. my 4 yo has a time with car sickness, and i really want her to enjoy the trip. thanks Travel Tips according to mythbusters.....ginger pills. they tested it vs. over the counter stuff (dramamine included...) and "unconventional" cures such as the wrist straps, etc... the ginger was the only remedy that actually showed a measurable effect....and had no side effects. Other Travel Tips for children i would reccomend candied ginger, taste a few and choose the least spicy. no side effects and more effective than many drugs I would suggest Gravol and Junior Gravol for kids. Ask your pediatrician. For adults, Dramamine is the way to go. It is a product that is called Dramine,but i would ask a pharmacist about youg children using it .Maybe the pharmacist can reccomend something .GOOD LUCK! |
