I'm going travelling in a few weeks and I'm worried about bedbugs in hostels. Any ideas for remedies?

Travel Info
I have heard that some aromatherapy oils can work...if so, which ones would be best? Thanks!

Travel Tips
Most hostels force guests to use a liner or sheets that are given to you when you book in, to prevent transfer. If you are really worried buy a low odor bug spray and spray the bed a couple of hours before you use it, this could help.

Deet every day your there.
Hey i 've seen those wooden balls that they sell in Target or Ikea they're supposed to drive away the bugs.
or you can get anti bug sprays for your skin from pharmacy stores and spray on your bed sheet.
There are incents (like a twirling cone) sold in some old chinese market stores they also drive away those bugs.
Request to have bedsheet changed and make sure you can smell the fresh laundry fragrance on the sheets.

Good trip!
