Dr. Oz recommends wiping with something wet, like flushable wet wipes, rather than dry. Keep wiping until the wipe looks clean after using it, and if you end up wiping more than you think is normal, or you use half a box of wipes, perhaps you should hop in the shower to get clean. Dr. Oz has a great book, YOU: The Owners Manual - it's a great reference book to have around. There are toddler wipes in the diaper aisle at the grocery store that work well and are safe for flushing. Best of luck to you, take care. There is no universal law that govern the amount of paper to use. It really depends on how clean you want your bottom to be. It is a common sense thing - use as much as you need but then, a "fair use" rule apply in the sense that you don't want to use a whole full roll in one sitting (pardon the pun) because that will be overdoing it and inconsiderate to people who may come after you. (why am I even answering this question? For the two points perhaps?) That would depend on the amount of willnots you would like around uranus!
