ok..its been raining alot and it hasen't stop,and the lights are coming down and...so on...what should i do?should i come down?im so scare and im going to stay alone..is it like that in newyork...or in...whatever place or is it only in austin???

Do not go out of your house. It's always safer to stay inside especially when calamity strikes. Just pray. Call your family, I'm sure your cellphone signal or telephone line is not affected by power shut downs.
