What's the chance of getting hurt/dying in an airplane crash?

Travel Tips
the chances of dying on the way to the airport (in your car) are exponentially greater. and if you'll reference some FAA statistics you'll realize aeroplanes are the absolute safest form of travel. second maybe to trains. also your more likely to die of a pulminary embolism rather than a crash itself. the embolism is a result of the cabin pressure and what not on long flights. this is where we get our "jet lag" from not the time differences
