Travel Info When we go to Mexico,we get sick from the water.when people from Mexico come here, do they get sick also? Travel Tips I live in Mexico, and I have no problems drinking the water. Then, I live in a city with a good treatment plant, not a pueblo or anything. I am not sure how Mexicans take the water in the US, with the fluoride additives and all. I tend to get a little ill when I am back in the states from the food for the first few days. All the preseratives and additives the USDA requires for food in the US is ridiculous. Actually, a little scary. No wonder Americans are so fat and cancer ridden! Others I wouldn't think that they get sick, our water supply in the United States is pure........... I would also agree. the reason we would get sick, or any other person from another country would get sick is because their water has germs. they drink a lot of soda (coke) and a lot of alcohol because the water is purified. the mexicans don't drink their own water also for this reason. Umm, no. We have water purification systems! We don't piss in our water No. The water in Mexico, contains germs that we aren't immune towards, which is why we get sick when we drink their water. Our water has been purified, so there aren't any germs in it at all. The reason the Mexican doesn't get sick is that they either buy bottled water, or they have gotten immune towards these specific bacterias (I know that is the case in Turkey, for example). |
