im really sick and i am freezeing.
and i tryed going under the covers but its not.
working i dont no why any suggestions?

I would go to the doctor.

go to the doctor asap. try drinking something warm...hot tonic.
Have Some hot chocolate and stay in bed.. i was really cold right befor i got the stomach flu. i might want to see a doctar if it keeps up!

Sounds like you have fever. Try taking Tylenol or Advil and see if that works.
Either take a hot shower, or sit in the bathroom while the shower is running as hot as possible so the room fills up with hot steam. This should also help clear the sinuses
take your temperature. If its hire then 103, then you might want to go to the emergancy room.
