Travel Info
i am a large tall man who has cerebal palsey i am looking for a 20 inch or 22 inch wide seat i dont need footrests but they will be handy to have i am wanting to travel in cars busses and trains and with the powered wheelchair i have i cant travel very well with it other than local city bus dial a ride things like that if you can help me i would appreciate it

Travel Tips
Try nursing homes, ask them, they might be able to tell you what they do with the wheelchair after someone is deceased or even maybe somewhere you might be able to acquire one.

Check this place for wheelchair donations :

If you can spend about $150 -$200 you can buy one. I found very cheap wheelchairs from invacare and drive medical here http://www.howtowheelchair.com

I would say it would be hard for you to get a 22" wheelchair as only a very few are made in that size. The normal being 18" , you can find 20" wheelchairs commonly and at less price. Hope this helps.
