It can be a few things. One if your nose is stuffed you will not get a full taste of the food because your nose is the beginning of the taste. If you have been taking meds or not brushed your teeth it can mess with the taste buds on your tongue and change the taste.
do you possibly mean it tastes bad when you vomit? well, its partially digested and mixed with other stomach contents, bile, etc. now i'm sick!
