Maybe, if they have the appropriate bacteria.

Incredibly unlikely.

Flush your eyes with warm running water for a few minutes, you'll be fine.

It's not a crime, just plain nasty.
it's not a crime but very impolite, i think maybe u can get sick or blind because the person you spitting on will punch you to your face and eyes.
In some places you can get cited for spitting at all, period.
Yes, its highly probable you could become sick from the other's bacteria and if the spittle reached your eyes, you immediately get some eyewash or plain cool water and rinse them out. If you have problems (blurring, pain, etc) then see an eye specialist right away. Human mouths are the dirtiest in the world and spitting is considered an assault. Its more dangerous than someone slapping you!
yes it is a crime, its called "harassment" and yes you can get very sick from it depending if the person has any viruses or bacteria that your body is not use to
If the person has a disease transmitted through saliva, then yes you can get sick. Blind? well maybe if you got an infection from it that caused you to do blind. As far as the legality of it, if the person who spit in your face did so while they knowingly had a communicable disease, you might be able to take them to court for some type of assault.
