Eating cold stuff when sick with cold?

Wat happens when i eat cold stuff (ice cream, tomato, iced fruit juice) while im sick with a cold i just heard ppl say its bad

It won't hurt you, it isn't bad. If you have a sore throat cold stuff feels pretty good.

If you have a cough then you must stay away from cold stuff.
It will only irritate your throat and make you cough more.

If you don't have a cough it's ok.

no not really.people associate cold stuff with the "colds" itself that's why. you would be needing cold stuff such as oranges or citrus to make you feel better.
