When is the right time to wright your WILL?

Travel Info
im not sick that i know of but you never know when your day comes.

Travel Tips
1) Every parent should have a will, with instructions about custody of their child/ren.
2) Anyone with any real property or financial assets.
3) If you have any items of monetary and/or sentimental value you want to go to particular people.
4) Every person should have a living will and instructions in regards to power of attorney and what to do if they are not mentall or physically competent to make their own decisions.

If you have considerable assets, or if you have minor children, then it is best to pay a lawyer to draw up the will.

You can buy forms and information for making a will at most office supply stores, but it is still a good idea to have it reviewd by a lawyer.

In a situation where you dont have time or resources to go through a lawyer, a handwritten, notarized Will can be made, then finalized more formally later. (i.e. a person going for a long vacation, or into surgery, and suddenly realizes they should have a Will made out).

Others
You should WRITE your will as early as possible... just in case... You can always revise it later.
ASAP if you have alot of stuff
after you learn how to spell write.
The sooner the better. You are absolutely right you never know when your day comes. So as a last gift to your loved ones take care of your will. It is especially important if you have children. I think you can probably find websites if you do a search to help you with this.
Write your will now and update it as you have children or things of value that will be passed to others; like jewelry or property.
As soon as you can. Even though you are not feeling sick it is always good to have it in writing what you want. That in the case that something did happen their would be no dispute about what your intent was. Also you shoud do a living will while your at it. A living will usually covers specific directives as to the course of treatment that is to be taken by caregivers, or, in particular, in some cases forbidding treatment and sometimes also food and water, should the principal be unable to give informed consent ("individual health care instruction") due to incapacity. This will basically allow you to say who has responsibility over you and what kind of treatment you want in case you cannot make the decisions yourself.
