Wow! Here are some places from where I have traveled (that I can remember) that the water is non-potable:
Rangoon, Burma; Freetown, Sierra Leone; Accra, Ghana; Libreville, Gabon; Dhaka, Bangladesh; Colombo, Sri Lanka; Phnom Phen, Cambodia; Vientiane, Laos; Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam; Shenyang, China; Chengdu, China; Beijing, China; Shnaghai, China; Tiblisi, Georgia; Bangkok, Thailand and Chiang Mai, Tailand.

That's about all that I can remember. You can however, purchase bottled water at all of these places and the water is pretty safe. Hope it helps.
