IT can be tired during the day wide awake at night, but it's generally just having your body of a normal sleepign schedule as a result of traveling. You may not be able to fal asleep until 2 am instead of your normal 10 pm. Jet-lag only lasts a few days in my experience.

Insanely tired during day, awake at night. Typically Jet leg just refers to your body being in your old time zone's pattern.
