Falling asleep while in a car?

everytime i get into a car wether im driving or not i get really tired...no so much when i am driving as much when im in the passenger seat but still i think that's a bad thing...im only 16 so idk if this is gonna change once i drive more but ever since i was little falling asleep in the car was always somthing i did

any help as to what it is or what i can do to help?

Hi hay try turning radio up more louder.. I leave window down so far you hear air wistleing and the air hits your face this dozes work. hope this help you . I subjest this cause i do this keep me from closing my eyes when i,am tired on road driving.

well im not sure but all i know is there is a huge difference from driving and then just being a passenger. I think u'll find when u start driving u wont have a problem staying awake! but if u do, role down the windows or turn up the air to try and keep u alert.
if you're sixteen now is the time to get addicted to COFFEE!...no i'm just kidding...thats bad...

i would see a doctor. they usually have something for that. My mom is a doctor and she prescribes pills for preventing tiredness.
You don't need pills for this, or coffee! Its probably just the motion that is putting you to sleep. I used to fall asleep in the car all the time when I was younger, too. As you drive more, you will train your body to be more alert in the car. Then you will find that you get less tired in the car, as a driver and as a passenger. Its kind of a passive cognitive-behavioral therapy. pretty cool, bet you didn't know you could do that!
get your eyes checked. sometimes it's just a matter of getting glasses. people with bad eyesight tend to tire their vision faster and it may result in exhaustion or even headaches.
condition your mind and body before you ride or drive a car. have a lots of rest or sleep. i guess if you have just awaken its hard to fall asleep.
