there is no maximum temperature only a minimum!!
I know this because i used to wash dishes in a restaurant when i was 16 and i used the 'im to hot to work' line

Whilst British legislation does not set a maximum working temperature, it is interesting that the World Health Organisation recommends a maximum air temperature of 75锟紽/24锟紺 for workers to work comfortably

No maximum, only minimum. However, they have to offer reasonable solutions like fans, ventilations etc.
