What shots should i get before i leave the country?

Travel Info
i'm going to vietnam this summer and what shots should i get to help me stay healthy while there?

Travel Tips
The CDC says that there are no required vaccinations for Vietnam. However they recommend that you get Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, Rabies (in the rural areas.) Malaria prophylactics in rural areas, except in the Red River Delta and the coastal plains north of Nha Trang. Plus booster doses for tetanus-diphtheria and measles if needed. Other Travel Tips
Go to your local Public Health Dept. They know
exactly what shots are needed for every country.
They can also give you the shots at about 1/2 price
of private doctors. They will also give you a
certificate of immunization for your passport.
(It would be better if you call and make an appt. first
as these clinics usually fall on a specific day and time.
