Any women travelling alone and where, would you do it again?

I have an urgent need of vacations, I am alone and I`ve never travelled by myself because i`m afraid I will be bored to death. What is your input on the matter?

my last trip was in N.Y. (December 2006). i went alone for 8 days and it was a great experience. i had so many things to do and see that i never felt bored. now I'm planning to visit Amsterdam. alone of course. my advice is :
go and you wont regret it.

if u dont mind i will accompany u if u are really willing
if not take the bible and read it all ur boring tiredsomeness will vanish and u will be flooting in air
i am sure u opt the second option and it is good too
