I will be traveling to Christiansted St. Croix to work. How safe is this area? |
Travel Info I have heard St. Croix is dangerous. I have heard that other workers have gotten robbed. I have heard two versions of a worker being killed with a machete. I have heard that the St. Croix people do not like white people. On the other hand my father-in-law who is black did not have a problem. What is the real truth about St. Croix? Christiansted? Travel Tips The area is like Brady Brunch safe. I was sincerely surprised. I didn't get mugged like I usually do. However I must say the people were very rude and they did not like my Canadian accent; I'm not even Canadian! Back to the point, It is very safe in my opinion have fun.
