Over sweating when sick?

Travel Info
I was really sick like 2 days ago, but since taking advil I feel better. I still have a little headache but nothing else (I think). Well either way, when I was sick and was going sleep, I wore a little more than usual to sleep and I sweated which was what I want. But now, everytime I take a nap and wake up now I'm in a puddle of sweat (like the back of my neck, arms etc). Just yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night and had to change my t-shirt twice since it was drenched. Mind you that I now use the same blanket and wear about the same to sleep again even before I got sick and I never sweat. But the amount that I sweated in the last couple of days is more than I mostly sweat in like 3-4 months. Does any one know why? And a solution? I feel that I'm still a little sick but it's just a headache. Sure I can just not sleep with a blanket but I don't want to get sick again and it is still kinda of cold...

its juss that your immune system is trying to get rid of our sickness and as a defense it overreacts and you sweat. it happened to me 2 when i was sick. when you are rid of the virus yu will return to normal

relax it's just the last of the infection your body is getting rid of it the only way it can by heating you up and sweating it out if u start getting the cold chills again b prepared to fight the infection the headache should go soon but if it lasts more than a few days u might want to go grab some antibiottics coz your body will have given up on trying to fight it alone
Hyperhidrosis can be caused by food allergies, or a mineral/vitamin deficiency. I had the ETS surgery done, it's very expensive.

I had hyperhidrosis (and a few other symptoms) for many years and went through all the usual treatments.

Anticholinergic drugs, applying topical solutions, botox, and ETS surgery. The surgery was most helpful but several

years later hyperhidrosis began to return.

Years later I was diagnosed with celiac disease, along with a few food allergies. I eliminated wheat, dairy, and

sugar from my diet and stopped all prescriptions. I began taking supplements:

- Vitamin B complex
Contains 50mg of every B vitamin plus Folic Acid
- Mineral complex
Contains Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, etc.
