Others As far as i know,it is perfectly safe for her to fly at 2 months pregnant. I think it is 30+ weeks before she will be advised not to. Pregnant women are not normally restricted from flying. Most airlines permit pregnant women to fly until the end of the 35th week of pregnancy, whereupon expectant mothers are strictly advised not to fly. Rules vary from airline to airline , and it is well worth contacting your airline in advance of flying to confirm their regulations. Some airlines may request a medical certificate specifying the expectant date of delivery. As long as your wife is having a normal pregnancy then there is little reason not to fly.
