Travel Info What is the reason people get so tired after traveling in a car for an extended period of time? Travel Tips Sitting for a long time slows down blood circulation,as you get older you tend to get sleepy, I experience this many times travelling for 1600 km.Need to stop every now and then and exercise your muscles. Others The nagging wife sitting beside you just couldnt keep her mouth shut while you were trying to drive. Possibly because your body shuts down and there is no real activity (physical that is) going on. Your body is relaxed and mentally your thoughts are suttle and no energy is generated. Therefore you proceed to feel tired and desire to sleep. In many instances, you can become so relaxed by the passing of various sceneries that you fall asleep and do not remember when the specific time that you closed your eyes! Past Experience it's not that they're tired, they're just restless. humans have a craving for movement and sitting down for hours and hours is like torture to our bodies. after they get out, they're so drained(emotionally and physically), that they just want to lay down I've moved from washington to texas and back in a car. I really can't say i like to drive |
