If a funeral procession is at night, do you drive with your lights off? |
Travel Info If a funeral procession is at night, do you drive with your lights off? Travel Tips If you are in the funeral procession you should always drive with your headlights on low beam. If you go through any intersections either red lights or stop signs you still have to obey all traffic laws unless there is law enforcement personnel there authorizing you to continue through the intersection without stopping. Don't just rely on the person in front of you when driving. Regardless what anyone else tells you...you are still operating a motor vehicle and you are the one responsible for your driving. Others Don't think there's a such thing something about being buried before sundown or before the night of the living dead come out or whichever comes first! In the U.S. (my experience is in the Midwest and on the East Coast) vehicles in a funeral procession drive with the headlights on, day or evening. Additionally, when encountering traffic signals, lights or signs, if the first vehicle passes through, all the other vehicles pass through as well. Cross traffic is supposed to yield and allow all vehicles in the procession to pass together. yes, then see how many tickets you can get! Of course not, funeral processions drive with the headlines on day or night (especially in the US) Sure and we may just have a bunch more funerals to go to. Sorry for the sarcasm. But come on! Use common sense. You can also drive with your fog lights on or parking lights on too... Hello; You got to be kidding; You drive with you lights on,dear it nighttime.Only be careful of the spooks. Sorry for the loss. We3inc |
