I am sorry your cruise was ruined due to illness. if u read he ingredients that it has in it that pill does more harm than good in the long run. it may keep you from getting sick now but it can have some long term side effects if used too much. I'll put the pink grapefruit with lemon-flavored TheraFlu to help me get over stuff. best bet is to do a search through Internet, then all the people that supply it will come up, then check the best price, all the best I have heard of this but not to sure where to get it from. have you tried Echinacea gel ? I bought a little tube of it in gel form and you put a little under your nose when you're going on a plane. it helps eliviate all those things. I've not been able to try it yet but Echinacea is a good antibacterial anyway you can get it in tablet form, speak with someone at your health food store or have a look at Holland and barret online store.
