The E111 has been replaced by the EHIC now (European Health Insurance Card). You can find out everything you need to know, and request one online, here:

Remember it isn't a replacement for travel insurance, it's important to have both.

Yes just do as anna D said any post office or the Internet Royal Mail, Have a good time and hope you do not use the E111.
