Any advice for motion sickness/clausterphobia? |
Travel Info alright, so i havent been on a bus in YEARS. and during those years, i developed a sensitive stomach whenever i get in a car. Also, we are going to have to cram 3 to a seat, (which doesnt make it any better) does anyone have a REALLY effective strategy that works?-- besides chewing gum. Travel Tips You can try something over the counter such as Dramamine. Not only will it help with the motion sickness, but you will also take a nice nap! There is also Ginger Gum which you can buy at any health food/organic store. It really works! If you can, sit in the very front seat and since you may not be able to sit by the window and have it opened, I would opt for the isle seat. That way you can stare straight ahead out the front window. That would help! Others I was the same way when rode the bus. I would just ask to be next to the window and put the window down. The air on my face would help me forget about the motion. Also try to relax like your trying to take a nap. Hope this works for you! I get motion sickness in car alone. I comes and goes. Planes and boat are bad for me so I get scopolamine. It works the best and easiest but you need a RX to get it. |
