Sick while traveling?

I am traveling in a (very) foreign country right now, and I'm stuck in my hotel sick all day with traveller's sickness. I can't really watch TV, and I'm feeling quite homesick all by myself. What should I do to cheer myself up?

Try to sleep. take a few tylenol麓s and drink alot of fluids. so that your cold ( if thats what you have) will go away..
