Which is safer, boiled water or bottled?

Travel Info
Hi,

I often have to travel in diffreent countries. In some countries, the quality of water is quite suspicious. So is it safer to drink the boiled running water from hotel, or to buy bottled water?

Thanks.

Travel Tips
Boiled Water, better yet, boil your bottled water. Because in some countries people have been known to take old bottle water bottles and refill them with just plain tap water. Always check to see if the seal has been broken and try not to buy from random street vendors.

I would rather buy bottled water, if you are skeptical about buying their local bottled water, you can always find imported ones but of course they are pricier. I would never trust the tap water
I've traveled to a few not so clean places
spring water in the gallon bottled ozarka has bacteria my dads friend tested the 2 and and spring water is much cleaner

Boiled bottled water.

The bottling process can introduce bacteria because its a complicated mechanical process.

Merely boiling water does not remove heavy metals or poisons contained in it from the pipes, which may be lead.

Buy bottled water and boil it to be safe.
I travel in asia a lot.
