Travel Info We are a group of college students and want to spend part of our summar break in Honolulu. Any one have an idea if there is inexpensive accomodation near to the beach? Travel Tips Try "Waikiki Beachside Hostel", rates start at $22.33 per night and it is just across the street from Waikiki Beach. It is a dormatory type setting with up to eight persons per room or 4 persons for just $31.26. If you aren't concerned about amenities where you are staying and just need a place to flop, there you go. Full kitchens - Cable TV - Telephones (free local calling) - Electronic Door Locks for added security - Bathrooms in every room - Lanai/Balcony - Air Conditioning in select dorms and all semi-private rooms. Are you wanting to try and visit the set of Lost? :D With a group spiting cost you should check out a vacation rental house. We rented (10 of us) a house on the ocean in Costa Rica for $300/14 days.
