If you get a globe and follow the same latitude, you'll hit countries that have similar climates, comparable to Hawaii. Mexico or Thailand would be nice places and very cheap. Thailand's probably a better bet cuz I think the people are especially awesome there and it's super cheap and a great culture. Within the US though, places like Hawaii, warm San Diego and Florida are also expensive, so you have to look outside the USA in my opinion.
