Top Hawaiian Restaurants in Honolulu?

Travel Info
What are the best romantic restaurants in Honolulu? And, how many of them need reservations...My husband and I are going in 3 weeks for our anniversary and, I am having trouble figuring out where to go.

Travel Tips
There are a lot of great restaurants in Honolulu and there is a nice variety on price, too.
It is a good idea but not necessary to make reservations for the top places. The 5 star places are the Honohano Room, La Mer and The Orchid at Halekulani.
More affordable options to consider are: Roys, Chai's Island Bistro, Keo's, &3660 on the Rise.
The concierge at your hotel should be a great sourse of information and it is perfectly aceptable to contact your hotel's concierge in advance of your arival to ask some of these questions.
Your travel agent should also be a great source of information.
Be prepared to say how much you want to spend and your food preferences to get a terrific list to select from.
Happy Anniversary! Source(s): www.AffordableLuxuryHawaiiTrav...

I'm sure you'll get a bunch of suggestions, so I'll give you just one: Aaron's Atop the Ala Moana. The restaurant is on the top floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, and the views are marvelous. Good food and nice atmosphere. Service is great....friendly, but not stuffy. Here's a link of some info:

"La Mer" at the Halekulani Hotel on Oahu, reservations are a must !!
Nicks Restaurant and Ruth's Chris. We were actually addressed buy our names (Mr. and Mrs. Asuncion) the entire evening at Ruth's Chris, it made us feel VERY important. They both have a mix of entree's, especially good if you aren't used to all local foods, they both need reservations.
La Mer at Halekulani Hotel
Aaron's Atop the Ala Moana Hotel (www.tri-star-restaurants.com)
Michel's at The Colony Surf

That's all I can think of. All of these hotels have fabulous views and good food. You should definately make reservations at all of these restaurants.
