Did Hawaii lose its olympic representation when it became a state? |
Travel Info Sources if possible Travel Tips Hawaiians participated in the olympic games under the American Flag long before it became a state. Remember Keala Sullivan, Woman's Diving Gold---Punahou, 1968. Hawaii participated in the olympics as part of the US long before it became a state and continues to participate today. Brian Clay is from Hawaii and won the silver medal in the decathalon in the most recent summer olympics. |
