Hahhahahaha, all you have to do is apply for a kitchen job brah!
No need to take cooking lesson. Just go to the stores and buy cook book. They are portable and you can bring them home.

I have a cook book called:
<Hawai'i's Best Local Dishes> by Jean Watanabe Hee.

Listed price is $11.95. May be found at Boarder bookstore.

This book is given by a friend. A lot of easy recipe and my husband loves it when I used some of the recipes.

To get free recipe, you can always search online.

If you really want to take cooking lesson, check out Kapiolani Community College. They offere class but not sure if there is any short term lesson.
