Anyone stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki? What does "Annex Room/not In Main Hotel" mean? |
Travel Info On the Sheraton Waikiki website there is a room which is about half the price of all the others is says it is "Annex Room/not In Main Hotel". Has anyone stayed there? What does it mean? Travel Tips An annex room is a room that is separate from the main portion of the hotel. These rooms at the Sheraton Waikiki are located adjoined to the hotel and offer no view (they overlook the parking lot). This is the description from the hotel website: Annex to the main wing. No view from the rooms. over looking porte-cochere/parking lot. Maximum 2 pax. 150 sq ft. I have stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki numerous times. I even had my wedding reception there a year ago and stayed at the hotel complements of the management for 3 days. It's a very nice hotel and if you're looking for a room that's just a clean place to put your head down, you'll do well with a annex room. Hope that helps...... The annex rooms are in a building that is other than the main and are not going to be in the same building as the restraunt, fitness room, and probably won't be as close to the beach and swimming pools |
