Sure, the biggest expenses are airfare and hotel. If your company is paying for it, then what's the REAL downside.

i think hawaii is a good experience to do but i wont go there again. if you really dont go with the ones you really want be your side then i dont think you'll have fun. I personally wouldn't go because its with the people you work with and i just dont think it will be worth it plus its expensive.
if i were you no, i wouldn't go. I'd rather stay home with the people i love rather than go on vacation with the people i hate.
if it's a FREE, most expenses paid vacation, then HELL TO THE YEAH you better go! Hawaii is good for vacations! Don't worry about your daughter, this is a chance for you to see the islands for free & relax away from home. Of all places, a seminar in Hawaii? your so lucky, don't miss it....

I have not gone to a seminar, but have traveled to Oahu Hawaii six diffrent times. You will enjoy Hawaii.
