was it clean and comfy? Im looking for somewhere to stay in houston area, clean, comfy, under $100 with wireless internet. Im only staying 1-2 nights. Personal experience please.

I've had good luck with choice hotels (usually Comfort Inn or Quality Inn). They are generally clean, well run, and have decent amenities, without being overpriced. They are not the Hilton, but for the money, they are a great value. Doing a quick search for mid June, there are a bunch that run $80 a night, and many have Internet.

Another option would be to use a web search site like Travelocity or Expedia that can give you rates and choices based on the options you enter.

Houston is huge -- the metropolitan area is 80-100 miles across. If you would like a specific recommendation, it would help to know where you will be going while you are here.
