Is Kemah handicapped friendly?

I need to rent/borrow an electric cart to get around Kemah. Is Kemah hadicapped accesible? Is there anywhere in Kemah that I can rent/borrow an electric cart for people that can't walk very well?

My advise is to rent a cart before going to Kemah, just in case one is not available.

Kemah is way cool, but it's only partially handicap accessible.
I'd rent a cart in Houston, too, just to be sure you get one.
Kemah is awesome!
It's very pretty, family oriented, and you can fish, swim, play miniature golf, etc.
Have fun.
I've never seen a rental site for them in Kemah, but there are ramps and elevators in the Boardwalk Inn Hotel and Cadillac Bar and Grill to get around and pavement everywhere. You'll love it, but check the website or bring your own cart.
