Book through LT booking which mean luggage travel booking which means u will also travel in the same train. Others Go to the railway station Hyderabad or Secunderabad with a copy of all the documents and Insurance, with fuel tank empty. Protect ur bike with hay a far as possible and hand over to the booking clerk. If u want to travel along, u can see and load it safely in the same train u have ur tkt. For this u need to go 3 hrs in advance to the station to complete the formalities. Hey Nelloree Nerajana, Follow the following, 1)Try to have very less petrol in the Vehicle as it should be an empty one while sending it through Train. 2)Keep a Photo copy of ur RC Book with you and also a Photo copy of your Train ticket. 3)If you can buy hay or Sack cloth, and stich it around the bike do so your self coz u can save money, instead of the guys in the railway station doing it which will cost another 200/- 4)Go to the booking clerk directly and not to another middle men, as they will cheat you, show your ticket and book your vehicle.
