Looking for a beautiful location to hold a wedding in Indianapolis in the spring. On somewhat of a budget.? |
Travel Info Open to many suggestions, church or no church...not too religious. Preferrably indoors. Please send some suggestions! Travel Tips I live on the south side and never heard of the Atrium. Garfield park is just a small park as parks go, it is ok. The eagle creek suggestion is decent if you go to the place I am recommending. And the Turkey Run state park is where my sister got married. Heads up... it is a great place to hike, really great.... but the church is the old fashioned small schoolhouse variety, the motel there is so so and who really wants to be outside with bugs and dirt on their wedding day? The suggestion of the nice hotel downtown is a good one. OK, finally mine... Rick's Cafe & Boatyard. It is so romantic!! The food is the best!! Dinner on a deck at the lake watching sail boats. They also have banquet rooms and catering. I am giving you a link. Congratulations. Source(s): http://www.rickscafeboatyard.com/... http://www.rickscafeboatyard.com/modules... Other Travel Tips You could find a corn field and do crop circles in the shape of a heart :) if you want outside, i think eagle creek park and turkey run (which is outside of indy) are beautiful. i also really like the crowne plaza hotel at union station and the canterbury hotel is beautiful. good luck with the wedding and congrats I've been to a beautiful wedding at the Garfield park conservatory. How can you say you wedding with holding it at a church.? Try a place on the southside called The Atrium- very nice- not sure of price |
