Does anyone know of any cheap hotels near the Murat Centre in Indianapolis, Indiana? Can you tell me about around the price?

There's also a Days Inn at Washington and New Jersey. It's 5 blocks south of the Murat. I've listed some links for various ones below.

Other Travel Tips
There are a number of reasonably priced hotels in Indy ... the question is: reasonably priced - AND safe.

The Hampton Inn at Washington and Meridian is both. But if you don't want to spend that much, there is an Econo Lodge further up Meridian (about 21st st) ... but kinda dicey.
A really great place to look for reduced or cheaper hotel rates is through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitor's Association (http://www.indy.org) . I use that website whenever I am looking for an affordable hotel in Indianapolis. They usually have cheaper rates than some of the posted rates on the hotel websites. When I visited the Murat a couple of years ago, I actually stayed at the Best Western with is right next to the Hoosier Dome (or whatever the heck it is called now). It was very nice and affordable though about a 10 minute drive from the theater. Good luck!
