I am Thai , how I can go to TJ.BALAI KARIMUN ? I want to pass Malaysia or Singapore by train.

You can take train from BKK via KL to SG. From SG take a ferry to Batam island of Indonesia. And take another ferry from Batam to Tanjung Balai Karimun.

YOU CAN GO TO SINGAPORE FIRST AND TAKE A FERRY FROM HARBOUR FRONT TO TJ BALAI KARIMUN (DIRECT FERRY COSTS $44 for two way ticket) only 1 hour and 30minutes journey.
You better be careful once you reach the Karimun Jetty, there are many indigenious indonesian drivers behaving like a robber by charging you very high on the fare, you better find a Chinese one.

You don't need to go to Batam first like what others suggested.
