Travel Tips Dolphin watching is a wonderful experience the best place too do this is at Lovina which is the top northern end of Bali about 3 hours from Kuta. You must be up very early in the morning to see the dolphins and if staying at a hotel they will come and wake you up with a knock on the door. I find it better to use a local and his boat he and much cheaper than booking a tour from an agent, Just ask the staff at the hotel or go down to the beach and ask any of the local fisher men. It is worth while to spend a couple of days in Lovina there is much to see eg. the Buddha monastery and the holy hot springs ( which you can bath in and have massage from water falling form a great height the water is VERY good for all aches and pains Source(s): lives in Bali Other Travel Tips Hi, to watch dolphin in bali, I can recommend you to go two places in Bali. One in Nusa Dua and another is at Lovina Beach, noth part of Bali.
