You have to go to bali someday!!!! =O?

ive been to jakarta to visit some of my family and it was amazing. then we went to bali and it was paradise!!! the beachs are so beautiful and all the australians tourists go there all the time!! i cant explain it in words but u have to go someday! maybe not just bali but jakarta too [if u dont mind a little traffic, well a lot lol] seriously im so glad i am half indonesian so i could get the chance to visit! sorry if im making a speech but has anyone else here been? and what do u think of bali/jakarta?

I love Bali! I used to go there every year when I was still living in Indonesia. I haven't been there since I moved to US several years ago and after the Bali bombing, so I'm not sure how it looks like nowadays, but after reading your "speech", I definitely want to go back someday :) You are right, the beaches are beautiful, love the historic places, and a great place to go shopping!! Nice people though last time I went there, some people were being rude to me ( I'm 100% sure they weren't Balinese because they spoke with different accent)

And Jakarta? Well, I've been there many times since I have some relatives living there, but it wasn't my favorite destination because....you know already...the traffic, and everywhere I went, it seemed really far, and somehow I didn't enjoy the food. One thing I like about Jakarta is the malls! It feels like you can't be running out of places to shop, and definetely love Mangga Dua!

Next time if you're planning to visit Indonesia again, visit Surabaya as well. It's my hometown! It's not as big or crowded as Jakarta, but they have good food :)

you know what? i'm not going anywhere near india.
bali is not near india fyi. i will definitely go to bali/jakarta someday. yeah. they say the beaches are nice.

we made it as a 'must trip' once a year.. we just love it!
I live near Bali, and it is fantastic there, the beaches, and the country side, the lakes. But Balinese food is not so delicious and varied compared to Jakarta. Jakarta is indeed very crowded, I think it is good for traveling for business people/
well been there, enjoyed there and hell its was great so to all those out there get to bali and paint the streets red. great place
Been to Bali twice already, probably a third time this october.

It's far from Europe, but worth the Trip...
