The rainy season stars from October- April, so do expect rainfall in March, especially if the season starts late this year due to global warming.
Went in mid-January, good weather, and not too crowded with all the tourists, so I'd recommend that time. Don't go in December and summer time, it's too crowded, everything gets expensive.no, but sometimes when it got really hot and humid, it will rain though.

No..the rain season comes in Oct - Dec...March is such perfect time, since it's not peak season so it's not too crowded
