Travel Tips Tongat Ali or Pasak Bumi = Eurycoma longifolia (Simaroubaceae) You will need to buy this at the traditional medicin counter, the so-called TOKO JAMU. Some of the modern warehouses have a JAMU counter, like Sarinah Department Store at Jalan Thamrin. Or go to BLOK M and check out the small stores. But I guess the best way to find Tongat Ali (Pasak Bumi) is to ask an older person at your hotel where to buy this as a JAMU. It usually comes in small sagets as a powder mix, but I'm sure you will find it as extract-drops too. It is common use and most older Indonesian men will be willing to help you find it.
