Does anyone have a recipe for Nasi Kare Pontianak? |
Travel Info I have a friend from Kalimantan who is really missing Nasi Kare Pontianak, but has no idea how it's made. She mentions it is one of those things that many of the older generation always made but that it would be hard to come by a recipe. I'd never found this kind of refreshment although been living there for more than 6 years.i think what you mean is nasi kari (curry rice). i think different people have different ways of cooking. so when you think nasi kari is nice, you cant say that every nasi kari from pontianak is nice. so you need to be subjective about that. anyway, i cant find the recipe either. |
